Ingredients

  • 2 large apples Granny Smith or Red Delicious, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup celery thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup seedless grapes halved (optional)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts toasted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions
